Kyte's home doesn't have running water right now and hasn't for close to a month. The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment says the Pine Drive Water District and Signal Mountain Ranch Property Owners Water Company are the two water districts still under a bottled water notice. Fryberger estimates water will be running in Pine Drive Water District homes within a couple of weeks.
