Now, Springsteen has taken to his website to remember the Irish singer-songwriter, writing, “Here on E Street, we are heartbroken over the death of Glen Hansard. Hansard shared of the encounter, “What a normal, straight ahead, fuckin’ legend of a dude! Their statement continued, “Glen’s family is deeply shocked and heartbroken by this tragic loss and respectfully requests privacy at this extremely difficult time.”
