THE rain may have lingered throughout the day, but it certainly did not dampen the atmosphere at this year’s Clogher Show, where thousands of visitors gathered to enjoy one of the best-loved agricultural events. Although the rain never fully stopped, there was still plenty to see and do. Elsewhere, visitors gathered around rows of vintage cars, chatting enthusiastically under umbrellas as they admired the carefully restored vehicles. Before heading home, I stopped for a toasted cheese sandwich, which was the perfect way to end a memorable day. Despite the wet weather, Clogher Show once again proved it has something to offer everyone.
