Willy Bermello, a Cuban-American architect known for designing Donald Trump's upcoming Presidential Library in Miami, has announced that the project is set to begin construction by late 2027.
He anticipates its completion between 2029 and 2030, aligning with the end of Trump's potential second term in office.
A Landmark in Miami's SkylinePositioned as a 47-story skyscraper adjacent to the Freedom Tower in downtown Miami, the building, though dubbed a "Presidential Library," will primarily serve as a museum celebrating Trump's presidential legacy.
All of this will be captured in the building," Bermello added.
The plot, valued at approximately $67 million, was transferred to the Donald J. Trump Presidential Library Foundation, Inc. for the symbolic price of ten dollars.
