Devonshire Road will be closed from its junction with the U6150, extending in a south westerly direction for approximately 65m, between August 3 and 23 to give access to Electricity North West. A suitable alternative route will be signed and made available via the unrestricted sections of Devonshire Road, Walney Road (A590), U6304, Park Road, Schneider Road and the U6150. A way for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will not be maintained at all times, but access for emergency vehicles will be provided where required throughout the restrictions.
