Police were called to Peter Street in Workington at 12.28am today (Wednesday, July 29) following reports that a man, in his thirties, had suffered suspected stab wounds. Two men, aged 40 and 44, have been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm. Officers are appealing for witnesses or anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in the area during the early hours of the morning.
