Crowds flock to Ulverston and North Lonsdale Agricultural Show

Held at Lindal Cote Farm, the show once again showcased the area’s farming heritage, with horse, cattle and sheep judging drawing strong entries from across the district.
Alongside the main rings, visitors explored crop displays, vintage machinery and trade stands reflecting the breadth of the rural economyFamilies made the most of children’s activities, food stalls and marquees offering everything from local produce to handmade crafts, reinforcing the event’s reputation as a major summer day out.
With free general parking and tiered ticket prices helping to keep the show accessible, organisers say they are already looking ahead to building on this year’s success.
