Acoustic trio Off The Cuff will perform a free concert Aug. 6 as part of the Hancock summer concert series on the Hancock Common. In the event of rain, the concert will move downstairs inside the Hancock Meetinghouse. Off The Cuff features vocalist, guitarist, and harmonica player Pamela Smith; vocalist and guitarist Jonas Taub; and vocalist Andy Chapman, who performs on clarinet, penny whistle, and mandolin. The band plays an eclectic blend of bluegrass, swing, jazz, blues, folk, rock, and country, spanning a century of music from the 1920s to the 2020s. Attendees can also visit the Hancock Farmers and Artisans Market, which will run on the common from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., offering food, beverages, baked goods, local produce, and crafts.
