All three family members face decades in federal prison on bank fraud, wire fraud, money laundering and gun charges — plus millions of dollars in fines — when they are sentenced this fall.
His parents both pleaded guilty on July 24 to the wire fraud, bank fraud and money laundering conspiracy charges.
The entire family now faces heavy federal prison time.
