(Bernama pic)PETALING JAYA : A Form 2 student who nearly fell from the second floor of her school yesterday was not a victim of bullying but had been diagnosed with schizophrenia, according to police.
He said the student is being treated at Sultanah Nur Zahirah Hospital in Kuala Terengganu, Harian Metro reported.
“The school had also referred the student to counsellors with 11 sessions held, and five consultations conducted with her parents,” he said.
The girl nearly fell from the second floor of the school around 9.30am yesterday but was saved by Kuala Terengganu police chief Azli Noor, who managed to pull her away from a ledge.
