Bersatu Supreme Council member Dr Afif Bahardin said Selangor Umno, led by Megat Zulkarnain Omardin, must clarify the party’s stance before the state assembly meeting on Aug 3.
“If MN has really started in Selangor as claimed by (former Selangor Umno chairman) Noh Omar, the important step Umno needs to take is to instruct the two Barisan Nasional assemblymen to withdraw their support for the state government.
PH and BN formed the Selangor government after winning 34 of the 56 state seats in the 2023 election.
