(Bernama pic)PUTRAJAYA : Rosmah Mansor will not get a retrial in the RM1.25 billion solar hybrid project corruption case after the Federal Court dismissed her application to review its earlier decision to not disqualify the trial judge who convicted her. Azizah said there was no bias or coram failure in the previous Federal Court panel’s dismissal of Rosmah’s appeal. On March 3, a Federal Court bench chaired by Justice Nordin Hassan unanimously ruled that trial judge Zaini Mazlan was not biased and that Rosmah had not suffered any miscarriage of justice. Had the application succeeded, she wanted a fresh Federal Court panel to rehear her appeal.
