He is survived by his devoted children: sons Jason Cossey and Devin Cossey (Cacia) all of Franklin, Arkansas; daughter Tonya Payne of Poughkeepsie, Arkansas; sister, Vickie Harmon of Batesville, Arkansas and grandchildren, Emma Cossey, Willow Cossey, Erin Allen, and Autumn Barnes. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Janet Cossey; parents; brothers Jerry Cossey, Melvin Cossey, Wayne Cossey, and Ira Cossey; sisters Dorene Brown, Laverne Turner, and Lorene Shelly.
