VALLEY CITY — The North Dakota Auditor's Office has revealed oversight issues at Valley City State regarding tuition waivers granted to dozens of students.
But because of missing documents, the auditor's office could not confirm any of those students were eligible.
Whether it's other students in paying higher tuition, or the taxpayers of North Dakota having to fill in that gap with general fund monies," said Joshua Gallion, North Dakota state auditor.
