The Hoyts Group has promoted Jodi Paton to the newly-established role of chief people and transformation officer.
In her new role, Paton will lead the business’ organisational design agenda and ensure people, resources and capabilities are aligned to its long-term strategic direction.
Paton has worked for Hoyts since 2013, most recently as chief people officer.
“Jodi has built an exceptional people-first culture across The Hoyts Group and has consistently demonstrated the ability to lead meaningful organisational change,” he said.
