The graduate senior caught Ferentz’s attention when his teammates picked members for the Players Council for the 2025 season. “The one guy everyone talked about was [Montgomery],” Ferentz said. Montgomery feels that the defensive players have meshed well both on and off the field, spending ample time together and building strong relationships.
