PORTSMOUTH, Ohio — The Portsmouth City Health Department will return its mobile health unit to Tracy Park next week for a free community health screening event, the department said in a social media post. The mobile unit will be set up at the park from noon to 3 p.m. Aug. 3, according to the health department. The health department offers a sliding fee scale for uninsured residents, with discounts of up to 40% available with proof of income, according to the department.
