The American Red Cross has declared the second-ever national blood supply crisis, & they're urging IMMEDIATE blood donations! Blood donations have dropped to a four-year summer low. There'll be a Red Cross Blood Drive tomorrow (Thurs) afternoon at the Shelby Civic Center.
