Dozers improved Daly Creek Road as a containment line and crews also set up sprinkler systems at structures along the road. Planes dropped water on the fire when it crossed Daly Creek in the late afternoon. The interstate provides a solid anchor point, so fire managers are using Sisley Creek Road as a primary containment option.
