Mount Carmel School Chandigarh Hosts the 25th Edition of ‘Swar Udgam’ at Tagore Theatre: Mount Carmel School, Sector Chandigarh, under the visionary leadership of its Founders and Directors, Dr.
Earnest Charles J. Samuel and Dr. Annie Charles Samuel alongwith the Principal Dr. Parveena John Singh, successfully organised the 25th Edition of ‘Swar Udgam’, an Inter-School Hindustani Classical Vocal and Geet/Ghazal Competition, at Tagore Theatre, Chandigarh.
The competition was conducted in two categories: Hindustani Classical Vocal for students of Classes VI to VIII and Geet/Ghazal for students of Classes IX and X.
As per the school’s longstanding tradition, the host school’s presentation was a non-competitive performance, showcasing the musical talent of its own students.
