The new plan, called SiriusXM Sports Pass, will debut on September 1 at a cost of $5 per month or $50 per year.
SiriusXM says its Sports Pass subscription will offer dozens of channels via in-vehicle tuners and many more, including team-specific game simulcasts, via the SiriusXM app and its Internet-connected SiriusXM 360L tuners.
SiriusXM offers exclusive radio stations from all four major sports leagues and several college sports conferences, including the Big 10, AAC and SEC.
Other exclusive channels include SiriusXM FC (soccer), WWE Radio, SiriusXM Fantasy Sports Radio, INDYCAR Nation and College Sports Radio.
All channels from the SiriusXM Sports Pass will continue to be available in SiriusXM’s pricier core subscription offering, called All Access.
