(Images courtesy Amazon/Thursday Night Football, Graphic by The Desk)Amazon is preparing to move on from its partnership with NBC Sports to produce telecasts of “Thursday Night Football” for Prime Video, according to reports published this week.
When the NBC Sports arrangement comes to an end, Amazon is expected to relegate production of Thursday Night Football games to its own team.
Games are offered through the Prime Video app and stream for free on mobile devices via Twitch.
NBC Sports is part of NBC Universal, which — at least for now — is owned by Comcast.
