Dutch giants, Ajax has unveiled Super Eagles’ striker, Tolu Arokodare, after he passed his medical following a loan switch from Wolverhampton Wanderers. The 25-year-old striker also completed the paperwork on his loan deal with Ajax having the option to buy the Super Eagles’ star for £17m. The Dutch giants will also pay a £1m loan fee, with add-ons, if they reach the league phase of an European club competition. Ajax finished fifth in the Eredivisie last season and are competing in the UEFA Conference League qualifying rounds. The striker had attracted interest from Fiorentina, Genoa and Trabzonspor, but Ajax made him their top attacking target.
