Ministry Moves to Regularize Crown Lands Used for AgricultureThe Ministry of Agriculture, Lands, Fisheries and the Blue Economy is requiring all former tenants of government-owned agricultural lands previously managed by the Agriculture Development Corporation (ADC) to regularize their tenancy or risk losing access to the property.
20 of Nov. 19, 2025, all lands formerly administered by the ADC are now under the direct management of the ministry.
The notice states that legitimate tenants must promptly schedule appointments to confirm they are actively cultivating the land.
