Despite years of community opposition, the Council has once again included plans for a restaurant with seating for more than 100 patrons. If the adjoining Activity Room is eventually absorbed into the restaurant, capacity could increase even further. This is remarkably similar to proposals that residents have consistently opposed for more than a decade and which were rejected by the responsible State Minister as far back as 2015.
