A 31-year-old man has been charged after a crash and an alleged disturbance outside a Lochee housing office. Police were called to Sinclair Street at around 5.40pm on Tuesday following reports of a crash involving two cars, which was followed by a disturbance. Police said the man is expected to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court on Wednesday in connection with the incident. A spokeswoman said: “Around 5.40pm on Tuesday, we received a report of a crash involving two cars, which was followed by a disturbance, on Sinclair Street, in Dundee. “He was charged in connection and is due to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court on Wednesday.
