A man missing from Arbroath has been traced. Lewis Small, 22, was last seen in the Bloomfield Place area of the town around 11.15am on Wednesday. A police appeal was launched for information on his whereabouts. Officers confirmed he had been traced on Wednesday evening. A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Lewis Small, 22, who was reported missing from Arbroath has been traced.
