A motorist on cocaine who smashed a Ford Transit van into a house in Fife last year must complete 70 hours of unpaid work. Earlier this year, Dunfermline Sheriff Court heard Barr, of Crossford, believed he had suffered a seizure at the wheel when driving on Main Street at 7.40pm. Sentencing had been deferred for four months to assess whether Barr would be capable of completing unpaid work. Barr was ordered to complete 70 hours of unpaid work in the next three months by Sheriff Krista Johnston. “At this stage, having taken the opportunity afforded to him, I can deal with this by an order that he undertake unpaid work.”
