US Marshals: 5K Reward For Man Last Seen in AlbanyThe U.S. Marshals Service is asking for the public's help in locating a 19-year-old man wanted on multiple felony charges, including second-degree murder, and is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to his arrest. Marshals, Jacqua Cowan, also known as "Quaski," is wanted in connection with the March 22nd, 2025, shooting death of Jamier Allen near 61 Boenau Street in Albany.
