— A 16-year-old driver was killed Friday when, while driving down Wyoming Highway 336 east of Sheridan, they failed to follow a curve in the road and drove off and over an embankment hill.
According to the Wyoming Highway Patrol, the juvenile, who was not named in the department’s crash report, was driving west on Wyarno Road just after midnight July 24.
The truck slid completely off the road and stood back up properly as it continued down the roadside ditch.
The young driver, not wearing their seat belt, did not survive.
