( Victoria County Sheriff's Office)A Victoria man is facing multiple felony charges, including a first-degree drug trafficking offense that could result in decades in prison if convicted, according to Victoria County Jail records. Damyen Lopez was booked into the Victoria County Jail on Monday and charged with manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, Penalty Group 2 or 2-A, in an amount between 4 and 400 grams, a first-degree felony.
