On Monday, DHS published a series of posts on X directed at Haitian TPS holders, declaring that their protections had expired.
"Your Temporary Protected Status protections have expired," the agency wrote.
Temporary protected status is exactly that — TEMPORARY.
Although the Supreme Court sided with the administration on the executive branch's authority to terminate TPS, it left open a narrower constitutional challenge.
