Plans have been submitted to Donegal County Council for new apartments over a Dungloe auctioneer’s premises. Kenneth Campbell is seeking permission for a change of use from an existing storage facility over Campbell’s Auctioneers to three single-bed apartments. The proposed development, at 11 Main Street, will also include car parking facilities, connection to existing public sewers serving the existing building and all associated site works. Council planners are due to make a decision on the application by mid-September.
