ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Two more suspects now face charges for their alleged roles in a recent murder at a smoke shop in southeast Albuquerque. It happened the night of July 20 outside of the Smoke City Smoke Shop at Central Avenue and Indiana Street. Then, Hernandez ran into the smoke shop, prompting Richards to allegedly gather a group of people to chase Hernandez out of the store. Valenzuela-Ruiz faces charges of murder and conspiracy, kidnapping and conspiracy and attempt to commit a felony (to wit robbery).
