A longstanding Elgin-based apple pressing company has been sold to Fochabers’ Byres Farm, with the new owners planning a celebratory festival to launch the business. Helen said: “We are all about education at Byres Farm and this is the next part of our journey. After opening to the public in 2019, Byres Farm now welcomes hundreds of visitors to the 400-acre site every year.
