Citizens can now access NADRA’s e-Sahulat and e-Stamp services at the Pakistan Asaan Khidmat Markaz (PAKC) in Islamabad, further expanding the range of digital public services available under one roof. In addition to e-Sahulat, the Islamabad center is now providing e-Stamp services, allowing citizens to obtain digitally generated and verifiable stamp certificates instead of conventional stamp papers. Located in Sector G-9, the Pakistan Asaan Khidmat Markaz serves as Pakistan’s first integrated citizen service center, bringing together services from multiple government departments under one roof. Besides the newly launched NADRA services, the center also facilitates passport-related services, police character certificates, biometric verification, document attestation, utility bill payments, tax and government fee collection, and other citizen facilitation services. The Pakistan Asaan Khidmat Markaz was inaugurated in January 2026 and is based on Azerbaijan’s internationally recognized ASAN public service model.
