Vehicles driving up onto the grass outside Queens’ School and the Met Sports Club in Aldenham Road, Bushey, has been known as a danger to pupils and all pedestrians for years. Fencing will be extended, more double-height kerbs will be installed, and additional bollards will be added. Bushey North councillor Laurance Brass shared news of the works, highlighting that he had “promised Bushey residents that I wouldn’t rest until the rogue parking on the verges between The Met and Queens' School on Aldenham Road was finally eliminated”.
