The young males have reportedly been riding dangerously around High Street and near the SPAR in School Mead, Abbots Langley, today (July 29). The first boy is reported to have been wearing a light blue top, blue shorts, and a black helmet. The second wore a black Nike top, black shorts, and an orange helmet. The force urged parents and guardians to speak with young people about the dangers and legal consequences of riding e-scooters illegally. Privately owned e-scooters are not legal to use on public roads, pavements, cycle paths or other public places.
