Italy-based ELC Electroconsult has been awarded the contract to oversee a slim hole drilling campaign for exploration of the Ngozi geothermal site, Tanzania. Italy-based consultancy ELC Electroconsult S.p.A (ELC) has been awarded the contract for the management and supervision of the exploration drilling campaign at the Ngozi geothermal field in Tanzania. The contract was awarded by the Tanzania Geothermal Development Company (TGDC). Under the contract, ELC will oversee the drilling of three slim wells in Ngozi and do a pre-feasibility evaluation of the geothermal reservoir. Source: ELC Electroconsult
