Dresden, Tenn.–Circuit Judge Brent Bradberry has been assigned to oversee the cases involving three former City of Martin officials who are accused of financial misconduct.
Circuit Judge Jeff Parham recused himself from hearing the cases due to a conflict of interest.
Former Martin Mayor Randy Brundige; his daughter, former city custodian Natalie Brundige; and former Community Development Director Brad Thompson were charged after an investigation by the Tennessee Comptroller’s Office into financial misconduct within the city of Martin.
The cases are scheduled for a status hearing in Weakley County Circuit Court on August 19.
The three are free on $25,000 bonds.
