Free agent forward Jacob Toppin has signed a three-year contract with Hapoel Tel Aviv, the Israeli club announced on Wednesday in a press release. He has appeared in 31 NBA regular season games, logging just 131 total minutes. Toppin, who will be playing overseas for the first time in his professional career, is joining a Hapoel Tel Aviv squad that posted a 23-15 record in the EuroLeague regular season in 2025/26. The team finished sixth in the standings and was eliminated in the first round of the playoffs by Real Madrid. Hapoel Tel Aviv’s roster features no shortage of players with NBA experience.
