A society that weakens the moral bond between teacher and student weakens its own future. In such a climate, the teacher-student bond cannot survive unless it is consciously rebuilt. In such an atmosphere, the teacher can guide, the student can grow and learning can recover its sacred purpose. If we succeed in restoring this bond, we will not merely improve education; we will strengthen the social fabric itself. It rises when its teachers inspire, its students respect and its classrooms become workshops of conscience.
