Atherton man among 10 charged in guns, drugs and money laundering investigation

Forty-five-year-old David Clark, of Withington Close, Atherton, is one of seven men and three women who have been charged with a range of offences including firearms supply, Class A and Class B drug supply, and money laundering.
The charges follow an investigation led by GMP's Serious Organised Crime Group.
10 have been charged as a result of a Greater Manchester Police organised crime probe (Image: Newsquest)Also charged are Christopher Myatt, of Wastdale Avenue, Wythenshawe; Carlton Richardson, of Southwick Road, Wythenshawe; Wesley Taylor, of Royton Avenue, Sale; Sean Penman, of Hamilton Road, Longsight; Emma Clark, of Belfrod Walk, Wythenshawe; Ellie O'Reilly, of Tramore Walk, Wythenshawe; Stephen Myatt, of Greenbrow Road, Wythenshawe; Kirsty Ablott, of Greenbrow Road, Wythenshawe; and Matthew Bulger, of Longfield Road, Wythenshawe.
All 10 have been remanded in custody ahead of an appearance at Manchester Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, July 29.
No further details have yet been released by police.
