A Brora couple have won a clean sweep of Great Taste Awards for the homemade produce they sell online and from an honesty box at the end of their driveway. Colin and Shaun Dobson-Fox, who are known as “the Foxes”, received five awards for their honey and marmalade products. A complete clean sweep - three two-star awards and two one-star awards.” The five products that won awards are Foxes’ Highland Heather Honey and four marmalades: Seville Orange, Shredless Seville Orange, Seville Orange and Lemon, and Seville Orange and Whisky, which is made with single malt Scotch whisky from the Clynelish Distillery, located near where the Foxes live. One judge described our Seville Orange and Lemon marmalade as ‘nectar in a jar’.”
