(KMIZ)Mia Bieniemy, the wife of Chiefs offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy, is doing 'much better,' after getting shot multiple times in the couple's home on Sunday, according to Kansas City head coach Andy Reid. Following the first day of full-team practice at training camp, Coach Reid gave an update on the frightening news that came out on Monday. "We're happy about that and Eric is still with her and that part's important that that's taking place," Reid said. Bieniemy was at training camp on Sunday, after making his big return to KC as the offensive coordinator for the 2026 season. So, everybody's game is picked up and they're working hard and you know Eric will be back soon enough to jump in there and and do his thing," Reid said.
