A Maryland chef is bringing a new cafe to a stretch of Harford Road that has seen a wave of turnover in recent months. Chef Andrew Weinzirl plans to open Hello Trouble by the end of August at 5414 Harford Road in the space formerly home to Maillard Patisserie. He opened and co-owned the restaurant and bar Maggie’s Farm about a mile down Harford Road in 2012 before leaving the venture for other opportunities. Hello Trouble will focus on espresso drinks, pastries, breakfast sandwiches and other daytime fare.
