Illistrin FC Under 13s enjoyed a fantastic week at the Foyle Cup, producing a series of outstanding performances to lift the prestigious trophy in style. A dominant 6-0 quarter-final victory over Eastend FC secured a place in the last four, where they defeated Portrush FC 4-1 in the semi-final. In the final, Illistrin produced another composed display to overcome St Malachy’s Old Boys 3-1 and deservedly claim the Foyle Cup title. Across the tournament, Illistrin scored an incredible 32 goals while conceding just three, highlighting both their attacking flair and defensive strength. The team is coached by Graham Cullen and Seamus Murphy, whose hard work and dedication helped guide the squad to a memorable and well-deserved Foyle Cup triumph.
