The incident happened at Highgate Underground Station on the morning of July 29 and led to disruption for commuters on the southbound Northern line.
A spokesperson for the London Ambulance Service said: "We were called at 7.59 am today (29 July) to reports of a person hit by a train at Highgate Underground Station, N6.
Transport for London (TfL) suspended southbound services between East Finchley and Archway while emergency crews responded.
Minor delays are being reported on the rest of the Northern line.
TfL initially reported a service suspension between High Barnet and Archway, affecting multiple stations including High Barnet, Totteridge & Whetstone, Woodside Park, Finchley Central, East Finchley, Highgate, and Archway.
