Musa Ahmed, 7, was in the water at West Mersea when he got into difficulty along with other family members on July 22. Sameeha Rahman, 15, and her mother, Shelina Rahman, 41, "made significant efforts to help each other". The mother and daughter, from Ilford, died, while Musa was flown to hospital in a critical condition.
