Police shut off Clapham Park Road from The King & Co pub to Martine’s Bar & Grill on the evening of June 15 following a collision between a car and an e-bike. It is alleged that he was driving his mum’s car without her permission at the time of the crash. Following the collision a cordon was in place between Clapham Park Road and Holwood Place.
